Exchange and Return Policy

We strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction. In accordance with Ministry of Commerce regulations, our exchange and return operations are subject to the following terms and costs:

1. Timeframe:

• Returns: Available within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

• Exchanges: Available within 1 day (24 hours) from the date of receiving the order.

2. Eligibility Conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition (unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included).

• The store reserves the right to inspect the product upon arrival to ensure its safety before approving the refund.

• Returns/Exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged due to misuse.

  • If the customer has already submitted a review on the website (this is considered final acceptance of the product).

  • Products included in Sales or Promotions (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

3. Logistics Fees (Deducted from the Refund Amount): In the event of a return or exchange due to the customer’s preference (non-defective items), the following fees will be deducted from the total amount paid:

• Initial Shipping Fee: Non-refundable as the service has already been rendered by the carrier (Value: 29 SAR).

• Return Label Fee: A fee of 22 SAR will be deducted from the refund for issuing the return shipping label to our warehouse.

• Exchange Fee: A fee of 39 SAR applies, covering the cost of picking up the old item and shipping the new one.

• Failure to Receive: If the order is dispatched and not received by the customer, a processing and shipping fee of 29 SAR will be deducted from the refund.

4. International Orders:

• For international returns, the customer bears the full shipping cost of 59 SAR, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Process:

• Once the product is received and its condition is verified, the eligible amount (after deducting the aforementioned logistics fees) will be refunded to the customer’s account within 14 business days.
